Postdoctoral fellow - Electrical Stimulation

Our current research interests involve augmenting axonal regeneration following a traumatic injury. The research encompasses topics in 3D-printing and electrical stimulation to promote axonal regeneration and connectivity. 

Candidates should have experinece in rodent surgery. Experience with electrical stimulation in awake behaving animals is preferred but not required. Candidates should be motivated, enthusiastic, and independent.

 

The postdoctoral researcher will also be involved in general laboratory activities, participate in group meetings, data presentation and manuscript preparation. 

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and based on published University of California pay scales. Postdoctoral fellow - Proteomics and Nerve regenration

Interested in neural regeneration? Have experience with proteomics? Come swim with us in the uncharted waters of neural regeneration post traumatic injury. The koffler lab is looking for a postdoctoral fellow for a project aiming to understand basic mechanisms of regeneration using proteomics approaches. Experience in rodent surgery is preferred but not requiredCandidates should be motivated, enthusiastic, and independent.
